Abstract

There were a lot of sources that discussed the standard of nursing care. Still, few studies focus on specific aspects of how well nurses care for people who have had abdominal surgery. The effectiveness of abdominal surgical nursing care is vital for improving nursing theory and practice, patient satisfaction, nurse job satisfaction, nurse managers/administrators, and other healthcare professionals who want to improve the quality of care and the financial situation. To improve the quality of nursing care and the skills of nurses, nursing programs should include themes that reflect the unique aspects of nursing care for abdominal surgery.
