The research was carried out in one of the private fields in Al-Qosh district, which is about 40 km north of the city of Mosul, which is located on lines of longitude and latitude in the UTM system (X = 329971 Y = 4066833) during growing season, spring 2022, for the period from 1/4/2022 to 15/8/2022 To estimate the genetic parameters of the vegetative and flowering growth of three varieties of muskmelon commonly cultivated in the region (Alqoshy , , Meloky, and Walaty) according to the semi-raised cultivation system, under levels of the amino acid proline at concentrations (0, 500 and 1000 mg L-1) and spraying with boron at concentrations (0 , 50, 150 mg L-1) and the source of boron was borax acid, the percentage of boron in it was 17%. Using RCBD design within split split plot with three replicates .The result was summarized as the Alqoshy melon was superior in stem length than , and total leaf area , while the Walaty variety was superior innumber of branches /plant , and earliest in male flowers . Increasing Boron concentration gave a highest value in most traits . Using amino acid at 500 and 1000 mlg l-1 resulted best value for all traits under the study . The interaction between the variety Alqoshy with 150 mlg l-1 was superior in stem length , and with 50 mlg l-1 was superior in dry matter in vegetative growth. While interaction between Walaty melon with concentration of boron gave a high value in total chlorophyll . The interaction between Alqoshy and 1000 mlg l-1 from amino acid proline was superior in stem length , dry matter and is earliest in male flowers , and with 500 mlg l-1 gave a heights number of perfect flowers per plant . Walaty with 500 mlg l-1 of proline result a high number of branches per plant , and with 1000 mlg l-1 was superior in male and perfect flowers per palnt.
