Abstract

A non-experimental descriptive study was conducted to assess the awareness and practices to prevent needle stick injuries (NSIs) among healthcare workers working in selected hospital at Jaipur Rajasthan. The objectives of the study were to assess the awareness and practices of healthcare workers to prevent NSIs. Non-probability convenient sampling is used to collect data from 350 healthcare workers which are working in SMS Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan from 21 April 2022 to 20 June 2022.  A self-administered structured questionnaire and checklist were used.
