Abstract

Necrobiotic Xanthogranulomais a rare skin disorder, manifesting with yellow-brown nodules and plaques usually found in periorbital areas. The most common associated malignancy is monoclonal gammopathy. This is the first case of NXG associated with lung involvement and papillary thyroid cell carcinoma and a novel therapeutic strategy for cutaneous lesions.
