Abstract

The article provides a philosophical analysis of the role of the synergetic paradigm in the foresight of social processes. The necessity
of taking into account the factor of chance, which is a key factor in development, is revealed. The article notes that in the cognition of
any developing system, especially a historical one, the need to include a time parameter in the study is required. The article draws
attention to the fact that the social system is an ordered, self-governing integrity of a variety of social relations, the bearer of which is
the individual and the social groups in which he is included.
