Abstract

Set a good example of an efficient education method. However, in the society of Vietnam recently, most are in stages of changing strongly in the economy, society, in this period, life, and moralities are abstract, not only vary but also extend complex, complicated. In these circumstances, setting a good example would have an effect on the thought and orientation of society. In one’s life, Ho Chi Minh - the immense erudition of Vietnam, attaches significance to a good example. From approaching philosophy, philosophic human, philosophic culture, through the research and analysis of the documentation and other related documentation, together with the group research hypothesis, the group research reality, the article focuses on radical information of the method that set a good example in Ho Chi Minh’s thought. The outcome that shows, on the radical inheritance of Confucianism and Confucius but based on filter, creation, and innovation, Ho Chi Minh confirmed, education always focuses a good example, following Ho Chi Minh, need to build and viral in adolescence, teenager and infant, the good example of good people and good deeds; must be a clever combination between senior cadre and youth cadre; setting a good example via praise and combination to competition, encourage, reward. Furthermore, the article also mentions and analyzes six aspects that relate to the value of the application towards lectures at university in Vietnam recently.
