Additionally, the paper examines the role of law enforcement agencies in addressing narcoterrorism and the implications of counter-narcoterrorism policies for national security. The study also examines the human rights implications of narcoterrorism in India and international and national legal frameworks for protecting human rights. Finally, the paper outlines strategies and recommendations for addressing narcoterrorism while safeguarding human rights in India. The findings of this research paper emphasize the need for a comprehensive and coordinated approach to address narcoterrorism, which takes into account the complex interplay between drug trafficking, terrorism, and human rights violations.
