A Review On Ethnopharmacology, Phytochemistry & Pharmacologycal Activities Of Euphorbia Hirta Linn
Abstract
The oldest treatments that human society has developed are known as herbal medicines. In contrast to herbal extracts and their formulation, which are used to treat disease and have no side effects, synthetic medications are currently utilised to treat disease but they have many adverse effects. The herb Euphorbia hirta has historically been used to treat a variety of conditions, including worm infestation in children, dysentery, jaundice, pimples, gonorrhoea, tumers, respiratory issues, female disorders, digestive issues, etc. The herb Euphorbia hirta has a wide range of pharmacological effects, including sedative, anti-oxidant, anti-allergic, anti-diabetic, anti-bacterial, and anticancer properties. Hence, the phytoconstituents and some pharmacological activities found in Euphorbia hirta are revealed in the current review.
