Abstract

The purpose of writing this research on the  this  microballons drug deliver system (mdds) was to show that how this drug edelivery system is best for ramipril enhancement and bioavailability to compile the recent recent literature with special focus on the principal mechanism of microballoons to achieve enhancement of bioavailability of ramipril. The recent development of mdds including the physiological and formulation variables, affecting achieve enhancement of bioavailability, approaches to design single-unit and multiple-unit balloons system, and there classification and formulation aspects are covered in detail. This review also summarizes the in vitro techniques, in vivo studies to evaluate the performance and application of microballoons system, and  application of the system. These system are useful to several problem encountered during the development of a pharmaceutical dosage form.
