Abstract

To guarantee that the workforce in the business is happy with their employment, hospitals are looking for new working conditions. Which in turn has an impact on employee safety. The most challenging challenge for enhancing workers’ safety in the healthcare work environment is managing a safe environment. the evidentiary bases for really applying a safety climate in healthcare are uncertain due to discrepancies between its theoretical and practical underpinning. The current study intends to examine the number of occupational injuries in healthcare that are linked to safety climate belief. An analysis was done on employees, survey data was collected at 5 medical hospitals in Gulbarga, Karnataka, India. Employee (n =223). We discovered that safety procedures and policies with the culture of shared accountability developed are connected with responsibility sharing and fewer injuries among healthcare employees.
