Background: one of the frequent complaints that people bring to the emergency room is dyspnea. Wide range of differentials frequently necessitates laboratory & radiographic tests, adding needless delay to the final diagnosis. Point of care ultrasonography is a popular technology in the emergency department because it may effectively diagnose these cases with dyspnea despite saving time, still upholding safety standards. The purpose of the research was to ascertain whether point-of-care ultrasound was effectively used as a primary diagnostic tool in studied cases with acute dyspnea in settings.
