The Paper focuses on Life Skill education for persons with disabilities based on curricular and co-curricular activities conceptualized and practiced by the Author in her NGO and now a regular feature in the Vocational Rehabilitation Programme for Person with disabilities. Gives information on various cocurricular activities and their benefits. The parents of children with disabilities were given training by the Author in various parts of India to help their ward getting education and vocational training. Cocurricular and Curricular activities develop the life skills of Person with Disabilities in the area of Self-awareness, empathy, cognition, motor skills, knowledge, communication, creative skills, problem solving skills , Interpersonal Skills this in turn can be specified into a vocational skill to earn the livelihood and inclusion of person with disability in the workforce,
