Abstract

Employee silence in health care providers is a serious problem because it has a big impact on how successful an organisation is. Silence among employees frequently prevents the establishment of a strong, commitment between supervisors and subordinates, which results in increased turnover intentions, low loyalty, and unpleasant organisational culture. Each manager must make sure that staff members are inspired to voice their ideas. Additionally, managers must pay close attention to the staff's emotional health because poor emotional health might hinder the development of the firm.

This study goal is to examine the literature on silence behaviour of health care staff including nurses  and doctors and emotional wellbeing in context  of private  hospitals  in state of Punjab
