Abstract

The omnichannel is an emerging trend in retail and shopping which coordinates processes and technologies in supply and sales channels.. Omni-channel can be used in a wide range of retail supply chains. This paper aims to analyse the differences between multichannel and Omni channel marketing and the awareness and usage of Omni channel marketing.
